Background of proposed business. The facility will provide women who are serious about physical and mental fitness one-on-one personal training in an environment different than conventional gyms. The idea will be to create a comfortable, non-intimidating facility, free of the distractions and crowds normally associated with health clubs and typical gyms. In this inviting environment, women will work with certified personal trainers to develop programs that are custom-tailored to address individual fitness goals.
