We can talk about a few different aspects here, to reduce white collar crime. As a fraud examiner and an auditor, I can definitely say from experience that white collar crime can be reduced, and has been, to some extent, although it will never be eliminated. The main reason why it will never be eliminated is because there will always be people with greed, and an ill sense of ethics, regardless of how much training we give them, and regardless of what "reforming" we put them through. There are proactive steps that have been taken on a large scale already, and also steps that companies can take themselves, to reduce white collar crime.
