Executive Summary
We are a construction company with a project to build new homes in progress. The project had a timeline of 4 years at the end of which possession of homes would be given to customers. The solution plan provides an insight into existing situation and highlights many ways to solve disputes that would be encountered during the construction project.
Our stakeholders are Internal Supply Chain (Contractors), Investors (Financial results) and Customers (Service Quality). Our approach would be to handle dispute in most economical and optimizing manner driving up key stakeholder return.
Post analysis of multiple options, summary analysis is that by using mediation with existing contractor, we would be able to resolve challenges, save time and money while preserving key relationships.
