    Formulate a solution to the problem that will address: marketing, finance, accounting, legal and ethical issues, possible global impact, and affected organizational polices. You are designing a plan for submission to senior management as they have requested one given the nature of the contractor dispute and the need to create solutions for implementation within similar future situations.

    Additionally, quantify and develop a mission (purpose), vision (outcomes), future state status (2-5 years out), benchmarks or milestones, a timeline, and managerial actions required to support the solution.

    Executive Summary
    We are a construction company with a project to build new homes in progress. The project had a timeline of 4 years at the end of which possession of homes would be given to customers. The solution plan provides an insight into existing situation and highlights many ways to solve disputes that would be encountered during the construction project.
    Our stakeholders are Internal Supply Chain (Contractors), Investors (Financial results) and Customers (Service Quality). Our approach would be to handle dispute in most economical and optimizing manner driving up key stakeholder return.
    Post analysis of multiple options, summary analysis is that by using mediation with existing contractor, we would be able to resolve challenges, save time and money while preserving key relationships. Deployment roadmap then includes go-forward business and implementation plan. Following are key constituents of situation analysis, evaluation and recommendation
