o What are some of the similarities and differences between the various organizational structures?
o What criteria would you use to select resources to serve on your project team?

The primary roles and responsibilities of project manager are to initiate the project, develop the plan for the project, implement the plan, execute the project, control the project, and close the project. The project manager is responsible for interacting with project stakeholders, selecting and managing the project team, identifying and mitigating project risks, developing and keeping within the project schedule, managing the project budget, resolving conflicts, and managing project delivery.
I recommend that the project be organized as a pure project. This means that a self-contained team works full time on the project. Even though the team members may not be available all the time, the project team will be working on the project. I the project manager will have the full authority. Each member reports to me. There will be direct communication between them and me. Decision making will be fast. Each team member will be proud of working on the project. The commitment to the project will also be high.
