Differences and commonality among the three models
Functional project management model: This type of project management model determines the way employees and jobs are arranged to meet its need and objectives. In this type of model, functional aspects of the existing organizations are used. In other words, functional project management model determines the manner in which employees and jobs are arranged to meet its needs and goals. In this model, employees are divided into departments by task similarity and projects are performed inside the departmental unit (Media & Murray, 2013).
Projectized project management model: This type of project management model is just opposite to the functional project management model.
