You should say the project relates to the development of the payroll system. The political factors relevant are that there is political stability that means the company will continue to function and will require the payroll system. There is greater government support for automation of the system. This helps correct processing, correct tax calculation, and timely distribution of salaries. The economic factors that affect the development of the software is that economic growth will support the growth of the company and the payroll system will have to be expanded in future(1). The markets of the company are also likely to expand leading to full use of the payroll system. Increasing incomes of the company will encourage better maintenance. From the technical point of view the payroll system is currently located in the office of the company. However, when the company expands there will be need for the branches to access the system and prepare payrolls at the location. The operation of the system will currently be done by personnel officer(in charge of payroll) in the HR department. He may assign the tasks of inputting data to his assistant but otherwise he will fully be responsible for the operation of the system(2). The designated personnel officer is fully responsible for the accurate and timely operation of the payroll in the company. The legal aspects are that the payroll must be prepared in a timely manner and the pay must be given on time. There are state laws also that mandate that pay should be given on time.
