The correct monthly payment of salary should be calculated and the figure conveyed to the bank for disbursement of salaries. Currently, the salary calculation process is manual, which is requests for deductions are received from the administration, the department in which the employee works and finance department for tax deduction. This results in either delays or over payment of salaries. The current project objective is to computerize the process so that there are no errors, salary calculation is on time and payments made are accurate.
