This benefits the entire company because the integrated supply chain model enables negotiated purchasing agreements to be conducted for all products within the supply chain on prices, marketing allowances and fees, and other vital organizational functions that must be handled by the organization.

In addition, integrated supply networks are more timely, which increases consistency as well as ensures that products for Burger King restaurants are always available when needed.
