The organization that is in need of a pool is the hotel. The paper deals with the necessity of a swimming pool for a hotel organization and the expected benefits to the hotel by providing a swimming pool facility to the customers. A hotel is in need of a pool as it is beneficial for the hotel business and will help in attracting the tourists. This hotel organization provides a number of services for its customers like gym, discotheque, beauty parlor, cafeteria, etc. It also gives its customers the facility of a massage parlor and now, it wants to expand this facility of massage parlor into a complete spa.
