I have formulated the survey questionnaire and interview questions. I think I am looking to answer the remaining research questions with the primary research. Those questions are:

1. What are the technology infrastructure requirements for telecommuting?
2. How should sites be selected?
3. How will performance be measured
4. How are organizational policies, procedures and guidelines established?

Also, from Chapter 3, I should be able to get some information together do some kind of analysis of the information collected.

Please give me your input and suggestions.

Not sure if you would like my inputs on the survey questionnaire and interview questions as it is not attached along with the document. Before that I would like to warn you that "Please design the questionnaire based on your Research Questions".

I am not sure what all questions you have included in the survey questionnaire but from the four items that you have mentioned, it seems you are trying to gather all the information under the sun related to telecommuting. (You may do it as long as the respondents do not get frustrated by the length of questionnaire). If ...
