The organization that I think ia particularly innovative is 3M Company. The company has its headquarters in Maplewood, Minnesota, US. The area served by this company is world wide. There is a list of products it sells and each of them has been innovative in nature. The reason why the company is innovative is that it has a history of it being innovative, the company has a culture of being innovative, and the structure of the company is such that it encourages innovation (3M Company 2002), .
Even now in the corporate campus at Maplewood there is an innovation center that shows the products that the company has innovated over the years.
