    The innovation process is a method for creating a list of advanced business opportunities that can become the basis for a new direction for the business firm. The four phases of innovation process are formulation, strategy, resourcing and implementation.

    Phase I- Preliminary analysis: the first phase of innovative process includes formulation of strategies, environment scanning, external and internal analysis.
