The requirements are:

The organization that I am describing is a traditional organization that manufactures parts for automobile industries. The theoretical underpinnings of the current design are that the only structures accepted in this organization are power and power relationships. The manufacturing depends on specialization of workers and there are serious constraints and limitations the actions and activities of employees. In this organization there is a clamor for control of methods and resources. There are conflicts of interest and conflicts of values. This leads to stress and strain. The objective of the paradigm is to maintain productivity at any cost. There is an endless struggle for power and control.
