    The learning paradigm involves an incremental change in an institution's organizational procedure or priorities which purpose is to produce learning and elicit student discovery and construction of knowledge. It involves holistic teaching and learning environments suited for activities catered to the students' activities. Learning paradigm also focuses on interaction to increase the learning of all students. Learner-centered approaches focuses on learning being achieved through learners' engagement with various activities.
