One area of CSR that I deem important to change in this respect, would be that the organization change from being disconnected from the community and society, to being highly connected with communities, and society. An example of this would be an organization that works with its surrounding community to clean up and protect the environment. I selected this element due to the fact that corporate social responsibility requires strong ties between corporations and surrounding communities, and or society as a whole.
