In order to continue the high level of sales, the company will need to correct the defect issue by implementing a quality improvement program and profit sharing program. The two programs will focus the employees on the importance of teamwork and satisfaction of a job well done via motivation. The quality improvement program will reduce the number of defects and increase customer satisfaction.
