I am wondering if you actually have a group of students who are working on this project as suggested in the statement "Then, as a group, decide on three or four recommendations to propose to the plant manager" or if this is just the way the question is worded and it is instead your individual project. Either way, I will suggest four recommendations for you to consider, along with a suggested rationale and notes that you can use for your power point slides. Take what fits, though, and add your ideas as well.
