1) The type of product is a specialty product. This is a product that is designed for business owners and others working in finance. I can tell you from experience that virtually no accounting firms use Quickbooks. Perhaps 1% do, at best. This is due to the inherent problems with QB software. Their software is known for miscategorizing transactions and for crashing servers. Their products are designed for small business use, which means the business can't have a large volume of transactions on a daily basis or the software begins to error and malfunction regularly (trust me on that one).
