An electronic health record (EHR) is an upcoming concept in the health care industry. It can be defined as a systematic collection of electronic health information about an individual patient or population. It is basically a digital record that is capable of being shared across different health care settings. EHRs may include any data ranging from demographics, medical history, to personal statistics like age and weight, and billing information of individuals. It helps to capture and re-present data without the need to track down the patient's previous medical records. It also reduces chances of data replication. MedRecOnewill is a software intranet system that will render medical and support services in the patient record keeping and storage (Electronic medical records, 2013).

Marketing plan

A marketing plan may be defined as an integral part of any business organization. It is a business plan that gives an indication of who will buy the product or services, how these products and services will be promoted and various costs that would be involved in these products. A marketing plan should also be capable of indicating the potential markets for the proposed business or product. The principal functions of the marketing plan are very important for various levels of management within a business organization. The functions of the marketing plan are responsible for forming the cornerstone of the marketing plan (Tassiopoulos, 2008).
