I think that it would a great idea to "pre-plan" or anticipate any potential crisis case in advance for a few reasons:
- If you think a potential crisis could erupt, it would be beneficial to perhaps reconsider the companies tactics IN ADVANCE, and change any issues that could cause a crisis.
