For example, Dell puts their most technical language in easy terms for the customer when they buy a new product, such as a computer. They provide step by step instructions, and depending on if the user wants to add an application, then they will tell the individual how to make that possible by means of making sure that they are able to grasp the necessary information needed in order to make it happen. This is dependent on the costs of the license, or the software needed to help make their life easier while using their computer for work and/or business purposes.
