Transformational leadership is a style that brings about positive change in others. A person

the changes in the process. In other words it is "the ability to get people to want to change, to
improve, and to be led" (Hall, Johnson, Wysocki, & Kepner, 2009). In order to be successful with

those principles as setting a positive and ethical example for others, encouraging creativity and
innovation in others, encouraging team spirit, and consideration for the individual.
