The first principle I believe is the most important to follow is "1. Thought processes and relationship dynamics are fundamental if change is to be successful.". I feel that these are most essential because the though process is related to the need for change. Every person involved in the change must feel that there is a strong need for change. For instance, in an organization every employee must feel the need for changing organization structure, otherwise the company will lose its market share, the company will incur losses and finally will have to close down. It is important to communicate this need to the employees. Further, relationship dynamics are important in change. An organization is essentially a network of relationships, if a person feels that her relationships will be overnight destroyed she might resist change (Salerno, A & Brock. L 2008).
