Management in contrast is the organization and coordination of activities of a business so that the objectives of the organization are achieved. Management also means efficient coordination so that available resources are efficiently and effectively used. Management directly means planning, organization, staffing, directing, and controlling an organization for getting its goals (b). The main difference is that leaders have followers, continuously create change, and persuade their followers. In contrast managers have employees, they address changes in the environment, and communicate with the employees. From a different perspective, leaders take risk, they are proactive, and use emotions. In contrast managers minimize risks, are reactive, and use logic.
