I do agree with this statement. Although this statement is not universally true in the sense that there are still many areas where Men continue to dominate the leadership position and women have not been able to prove themselves, the women leaders have still come a long way and shattered the centuries old myth that leadership is restricted to males and fairer sex do not have any role to play in it.

If we see the world around us, there are many industries, businesses and areas where women have emerged as successful leaders and proved themselves, be it running a large organization, leading a political party or performing duties which were previously considered impossible for women, such as running aircrafts, etc.
