Yes, I agree with this statement. It is because there are certain business or management areas where women have proven to be more successful and capable in leadership and management related tasks. In today's dynamic environment where women are marching side by side with men in all aspects and women taking up challenging positions in all fields, it has become necessary for corporations and the business world to approve of this gender of leadership or management.
