Change can be a disruptive phenomenon in organizations. Therefore, it is essential to first evaluate and analyze the current structure in place. This will be conducted through interviews to evaluate performance, while identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses. It is then necessary to clarify the new goals and objectives, removing any potential bias or assumptions. The driving goal for changing the structure will be to ensure that the required talent is already in existence, and if not, ensure that new talent is hired. Changing the vision will require action and better communication throughout the organization.
