This led to several issues such as only 60 percent of flights were on time which means that 40 percent of flights were not punctual. Moreover, seven bags per 1,000 passengers were mishandled which according to the Department of Transportation means checked luggage that was lost, pilfered, damaged, or delayed during all time operational low.
