Job Description

President- Provide leadership on all domestic and international media relations and
outreach functions to include: developing, planning and strategic oversight
of domestic and international public relations firms.

Vice President of Marketing-Oversee product management; strategic positioning within current markets; identify current trends within the marketplace; monitor product launching efforts, sales training; prepare competitive analysis; evaluate external environment.

Executive Director-Monitors various financial functions such as; budgeting, financial analysis, payroll in accordance with GAAP; responsible for human resources functions within the organization which include; hiring, terminating, implementation of incentives and employee benefits program; develop policies and procedures that are in compliance with legal and regulatory laws.
