There are many, many issues involved with companies who offshore their organizations. A few of the main issues include contentions about domestic workers that lose their jobs. Other issues include a decline in customer service that the company once had before it offshored, and issues (perceived attitudes) surrounding how the organization is taking their work to other countries, which will aid the local economic structure in the foreign land.
