The Two Sides of Global Warming

Back in the year 1896, the conversation of global warming was already evident. This issue arose when physical chemists provided an estimate that there is a possibility of physical temperature rising by several degrees if the level of carbon dioxide was doubled (Weart, 2011).

Over the last 15 years, several scientific reports headlines which have been publicized show a confirmation that humanity heats up the planet through the act of fossil fuel burning which loads the atmosphere with carbon dioxide which is heat trapping. From reviewing two reports such as the 'Arctic climate impact assessment' and the ' Krill are declining in the frigid oceans around Antarctica' whereby the arctic climate impact assessment contains information whereby the arctic council reported that arctic warming is doubling in its growth rate elsewhere on the planet. The findings from the report correspond with the predictions which have arisen from certain computer climatic models which provide a forecast that the poles of the globe normally warm faster than the rest of the planet (Bailey, 2004).
