After the former U.S. Vice President Al Gore received the Nobel Prize for his work and efforts to raise awareness about global warming, he was asked to prepare a white paper on the subject. To enhance his credibility, he plans to present points and counterpoints to the subject.
For the subject of Global Warming: Fact or Fiction listed below, do the following:
Create an outline that has at least 3 levels to it.
For example, this is part of an outline for a paper whose subject is "Is the Economic Stimulus passed in January 2009, working?"
I. Background of the economic stimulus
A. Impetus for the bill
1. Arguments for the bill
2. Argument against the bill
Write a paper that must follow and only follow the outline created in step I.
-The topic for this outline and paper is Global Warming: Fact or Fiction.
-The audience or readership of this paper is members of the U.S. Congress. 98% of the 535 representatives and senators are degreed lawyers.
-The purpose of the report is to convince members of Congress that there are 2 opposing viewpoints about the impacts of global warming and to explain these viewpoints.

How well your paper's jargon or terminology matches the level of expertise of the paper's audience
How well your paper meets the purpose of the paper
Spelling, grammar, style, and format.
The Two Sides of Global Warming
Back in the year 1896, the conversation of global warming was already evident. This issue arose when physical chemists provided an estimate that there is a possibility of physical temperature rising by several degrees if the level of carbon dioxide was doubled (Weart, 2011).
Over the last 15 years, several scientific reports headlines which have been publicized show a confirmation that humanity heats up the planet through the act of fossil fuel burning which loads the atmosphere with carbon dioxide which is heat trapping. From reviewing two reports such as the 'Arctic climate impact assessment' and the ' Krill are declining in the frigid oceans around Antarctica' whereby the arctic climate impact assessment contains information whereby the arctic council reported that arctic warming is doubling in its growth rate elsewhere on the planet. The findings from the report correspond with the predictions which have arisen from certain computer climatic models which provide a forecast that the poles of the globe normally warm faster than the rest of the planet (Bailey, 2004).
The second report, the 'krill are declining in the frigid oceans around Antarctica is the second report from the Nature journal which provides a confirmation that the krills are declining in the frigid oceans around Antarctica because there has been an evident decline in sea ice having in mind that the krill live on the algae that ...
The solution discusses if the economic stimulus is working, and global warming and if it is fact or fiction.
