The strategic challenge was the situation arising from the pandemic This problem was particularly challenging because there were contradictions between what precautions of the pandemic required and the requirement of Amazon. This problem was particularly challenging because initially there was an increase in sales because of a surge in demand and the challenges related to delivery fulfillment. The huge demand for products from consumers led to slower deliveries. Deliveries took weeks and in some cases months. Also, the fulfillment center in Minneapolis did not receive supplies on time.

Task Orientation:
