This is considered as a disadvantage for the USA because the trading activities are declining. The USA is considered as the first biggest economy in the world, and China is considered as the second biggest. The agreement between China and South Korea would help China in becoming the first biggest economy in the world and, therefore, growing in size as compared to the USA. In this regard, this agreement is a disadvantage for the USA.
