According to Burack, an incentive or reward scheme and training programs are the way that attracts an employee's attention and stimulate him to work with zeal and enthusiasm (Burack, 1985). These programs lead innovations and creativity in the organization because training helps the employee to use their hidden skills and work on the concept of originality and creativity (Brewster & Harris, 2004). With the help of incentives programs for the extra ordinary performances and achieving the targets, the management stimulates the employees put their best efforts to achieve the organizational goals and targets (Mathis & Jackson, 2006).
In order to transform the performance of the company, as an in charge, I would apply the latest process and models of the training and education (Burack, 1985). The latest technological training process will help the employees to take more risk and achieve high success in the highly competitive and changing environment (Brewster & Harris, 2004).
