Then the outside consultant applies different analytical and diagnostic tools to find the obstructions that impede the corporation from achieving their strategic goals. the change management consultant usually is more objective in getting the strategic vision and combining it with the goals of the stakeholder. If there are problems, the consultant suggests training or solutions having high potential. Finally, they develop, implement, monitor and control the plan for change. Most importantly, they also set up evaluation and reward systems to sustain the change. Each of these steps can be easily done by a change management consultant because he is usually an outsider, his perspective and actions are objective, and he has experience of bringing changes in organizations.
