Business purposes and functions - (is it still the same as it is today?) The purpose of business and its functions:
1. To provide manufacturing of machine tools;
2. To generate profits from the manufacturing, selling and servicing of machine tools;
3. To capture additional share of market from competitors;
4. To improve the experience of the customers with our products and services;
5. The HRM function will recruit, train, place, develop, promote and retrench employees as required by the enterprise.
Structure and Size
