    There can be various reasons attributed for a project not doing well. However, the training program should be intended to produce the best and rewarding results from a team. While planning out a training program, it is primarily important to understand as to why, the training program is being formulated. The purpose of carrying out a training session and how can it effectively contribute in the successful completion of the project should be known to the team members, who design the training program, as well as, to the project team, which utilizes the training program to efficiently carry out the stated task.

    The training program designing team should first, identify and streamline the issues and points on which, the project team requires guidance say, for instance; the training program focuses on improving and enhancing the communication of employees in an organization, which caters to the customer complaints regarding the organization's product.
