1. HR Information Systems: A HR information system should allow any company to track data, including payroll and management functions. The criteria that I will be looking for in an HR information system would be that the system be able to maintain information concerning each employee of the organization. Second, the system should be able to keep track of all payroll information, should be able to maintain any employee handouts or information required for employees.

Additionally, data necessary for employee management, knowledge development, career growth and development, and equal treatment is facilitated.
