There are several factors that make a workplace fun. Those that feel pride in their company feel workplace is fun. The person enjoys the job that she is doing and the person is assigned the job the person is good at. These are the factors that make workplace fun. In practice the employees are required to work smarter. The employees find the workplace fun where they have streamlined their team, aligned and coordinated their meetings, and reduced waste of human effort. The work has to be more stimulating and interesting then workplace is fun. Two elements that make workplace fun are variety and challenge in work. If the responsibilities are more rewarding and inspiring they are more fun.

My personal experience with productivity-enhancement fun was when after-hours joking sessions were added to increase humor. In addition, there were Sunday picnics ...
