The requirement to heavily invest into future global leadership training by companies such as Amazon is mandatory, and this will ensure that the company has a large pool of future leaders to choose from in regard to being qualified and possessing the skills desired by Amazon to lead the company in the future. Navigating future changes and obstacles require effective leaders who understand Amazon's specific culture and its goals and objectives to ensure that innovativeness occurs throughout the organization.
