I have outlined some ideas on promotions and pricing based on the information provided. It will be up to you to narrow down the choices to two and then use these ideas as the basis of why and the contrast/comparison.
Vacations - These promotions should be based on the activities and surrounding areas of the vacation spot. Promoting the basic and the extravagant will encourage those of all levels of income to investigate and possibly vacation in the area. Disney does this by promoting the most common Disney activities with characters and with all levels of accommodations for all types of people and incomes. They also provide packages that encourage people to try different things and still get the same "Disney" vacation with characters, adventures, and fun.
Fitness/Exercise products - these should be targeted based on the equipment and type of person who needs or would use the equipment. The quality of the outcomes is as important as the equipment itself, therefore promoting outcomes, and how it can affect the person and their health is important.
