Before focusing on the question first let us have a short explanation on heuristic and biases. It is a method that is used in problem solving and solution findings of the problem. For handling an IT project, there are multiple users and they should have an idea of what they will be handling otherwise the project will not achieve success. It is the best advised that the designing of the project should be done with great efforts should also fulfill the needs and requirements of the users. If these considerations are not kept in mind while mounting the training program, it will fail.

Project managers make numerous decisions before making system regarding the project that has to be handled out in future. Validity and accuracy are the only two significant components on which achievement of an IT project depends. If the information is not up to the mark then the project would not be carried out effectively and time and resources that has been invested on it will go in vain. The environment keeps on changing quickly and the manager can do well only if he can adapt the changing environment. Heuristics have a major influence on the project that has to be laid by the managers of the organization. The decision making process can be influenced by Heuristics and biases (Russell, et al, 2004).
