Yes, I sincerely feel that Google will be able to maintain its entrepreneurial culture even in light of its recent growth and increased size. Google's corporate culture always encourages innovation and creativity among its employees and fosters entrepreneurial skills among its employees. Even though the company is experiencing strong growth and increase in scale of operations, this culture is not expected to change because it has been one of the major catalysts for growth of the company and the culture is so strongly embedded in the organization that it is almost impossible to take it away from the existing organization.

Google not only provides a flexible workplace that results in creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among its employees, but is also on the forefront in the industry in terms of rewarding and recognizing such behavior among the employees. Thus, employees are always motivated to think out of the box, come up with world class ideas and solutions for challenges faced by the company. The strong growth and increase in size will only add fuel to the fire, i.e., encourage employees at Google to think about new ...
