The company has exhibited an entrepreneurial spirit throughout the entire history of its organization wherein it strongly encourages individual employees to offer ideas, innovations, and suggestions to create new products and technology. The company operates under the paradigm that failure is a part of innovation, which requires the strategy that a company shouldn't be afraid to fail but should instead learn from their failures and continue to produce new ideas and innovation to change the industry. This is effectively used at Google as the company believes no idea is a bad idea, and therefore, it gives each employee the opportunity to produce innovative ideas . This is one of the main types of innovation, and it has greatly assisted the company in its bid to be the most innovative company within their industry or any industry.
