The company operates under the paradigm that failure is a part of innovation, which requires the strategy that a company shouldn't be afraid to fail but should instead learn from their failures and continue to produce new ideas and innovation to change the industry. This is effectively used at Google as the company believes no idea is a bad idea, and therefore, it gives each employee the opportunity to produce innovative ideas .
