The company sells its products as OEM's to automobile companies as well as retailers and distributors throughout the United states. The company has recently implemented a new ERP system in the organization to automate and streamline the entire supply chain operations as well as to integrate all the existing legacy systems in the organization over a single platform. As part of this initiative, the customers will also get an access to this system to place order, view status of their orders, their billing details, payment details as well as ability to access customer service representatives.
