Impact of new technology on customers - end users or outside customers. Must be about a specific technology for a specific company.
Must not be regarding an upgrade or a technology without a history of success or technical support.

Points to cover:
1) How does the company introduce the new product to customers? This should cover the rolling out of the product to internal or external customers.
2) How was the added value of the new technology to the customer or company proven?
3) Outline the support plan for customers who may have questions. Offer direction to customers when new product problems occur.
4) Stress new partnerships with technology partners and enhanced customer experiences. Which outside technical resources (vendors, tech support, etc) were involved in the roll out/support of the new technology?

For the purpose of this assignment, I am selecting a firm that makes automobile components. The company sells its products as OEM's to automobile companies as well as retailers and distributors throughout the United states. The company has recently implemented a new ERP system in the organization to automate and streamline the entire supply chain operations as well as to integrate all the existing legacy systems in the organization over a single platform.
