Organizations that use a server to store application or data have several client computers that access information from that server. As such client computers use internet to connect to the servers, it is extremely important that such connection should be secure and should possess capabilities to protect from attacks by intruders, hackers, viruses, etc.

The communication's security is essential to protect the exchange of confidential data and information between the client and the server. Organization's should not only deploy best practices in terms of ensuring physical security of the client systems, but also adhere to best practices in network security.
