Caribbean Fashions is an Internet store that will allow fashion designers from various countries (especially third world countries) to be able to sell their products to people all over the world. Caribbean Fashion will target young designers between the age of 21 and older who design their own clothes line and want to expand their target audience.
Caribbean Fashion will advertise mainly in third world Caribbean countries looking for those talented young people who just do not have the resources to advertise.

Caribbean Fashion is a store that brings fashions from all over the Caribbean in one spot. Caribbean Fashion is also offering small designers a chance to branch out into a bigger market that they would normally lack the resources to accomplish.

Caribbean Fashion is mostly interested in young designers who have the talent to create the fashions but not the resources to make them available for purchase. Caribbean Fashion will offer customers a free Internet store where they can advertise their products worldwide and open up their product line to stores and individual customers they would not be able to reach locally.
The key to their marketing strategy will be holding fashion competitions in various Caribbean countries and choosing the top three competitors to mentor. I will use small retail stores in their area to organize and coordinate the events and allow them to have full access in carrying the winning design in their stores.

2. Caribbean Fashion will team up with local stores to hold a minimum of 15 fashion competitions (one per country). The local stores that agree to assist will have first opportunity to carry the local design that wins. All other designs would only be available on our site for sale.

For the time being Caribbean Fashion will have one Manager who is also the CEO and will outsource Talent Scouts to look for local designers in the various countries. This job will be outsourced to various individuals that live in that country. President (Owner) will visits each country only to assess the talents found and coordinate the fashion shows. All other leg work will be done by contracting scouts.
