Organization chart

Here are the directions: Identify the organization structure (DONE). Provide an organization chart (DONE), a description of the level of differentiation or complexity, formalization, and centralization that exists. Also discuss integrating mechanisms used including culture and information technology.

Here are some ideas: Based on the chart you can just fill in and discuss differentiation/complexity (lack there of without a CFO and COO) they have a VP of Finance but no CFO and a VP of patient care but no COO and no chief nursing officer (CNO)integrating mechanisms used in culture are wide open as they need to have interpreters for patients, staff...be cognizant of different cultures work ethics while stiff pertaining to US employment law etc..
