The job candidate needs to evaluate the corporate culture to ensure that his temperament, personality and attitudes fit those that are valued in the culture organization. Otherwise there is a danger that he may not fit into the corporate culture. For instance if the candidate has worked for a company where there are work teams with great autonomy for a person. The candidate will have difficulty in working in a company where there is rigid hierarchy and strong work rules.

The job candidate must look at the ethical issue in the company. The reason is that he would like the company to behave in an ethical manner while recruiting, placing, fixing his compensation and giving him responsibilities. For instance the candidate would like the company to be fair in recruiting the most suitable candidate and avoid nepotism.

The job candidate needs to study the legal issues, especially those related to recruitment. For instance, if the company discriminates against some candidates in violation of legal requirements, the job candidate would be concerned. For example, if a company ...
