    The growing need for departmental leadership can be addressed by leaders by developing new leaders within the department itself. Organizational leaders would need to groom future leaders by providing such potential leaders with challenging opportunities, delegation of authority and decision making capability as well as training opportunities, so that they can gain valuable experience and exposure to become leaders within their departments.
